With our Unity disinfecting service, we use our solution at full strength of 500 PPM (parts per million) which is hospital grade disinfection. However, if a residential or commercial location prefers only sanitizing levels instead of disinfecting levels, then we will dilute our solution to 200 PPM for a proper Unity sanitizing service. Derived from naturally occurring minerals, Genesis not only eliminates odors at their source but kills a wide range of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA, Salmonella enterica and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and viruses including norovirus, rotavirus and adenovirus on hard, non-porous, environmental surfaces. It meets the AOAC germicidal spray standards for Hospital Grade Disinfection and is on the EPA N List of products determined to meet the criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. As a result, this treatment will eliminate bacteria and viruses that may reside in your home or commercial location without the use of harsh chemicals or fumes.

Step 3 - Application of Bacteriostatic Finish

Shield is a water-based quaternary ammonium compound that imparts a durable bacteriostatic finish to a wide range of non-food contact surfaces and is ideal for any residential or commercial location. It is EPA-registered as effective against mold, mildew, algae and odor-causing bacteria. The application creates an invisible barrier that combats deterioration and discoloration and promotes freshness for up to three months.

Sitting in a detached garage, my car had several mice get in through the cabin air filter intake. After cleaning up inside the air intake, hvac, and the inside of the car there was still a strong lingering mouse smell. A bout of home cleaning spray didn't do the trick and instead left a strong chemical smell with the mouse odor in the car. I started looking around for another way to get rid of the smell and found that Germinator had a car sanitizing solution.

I reached out to Pete who scheduled a time to come to me to apply the sanitizing spray to the inside of the car. The process was fast and Pete was adamant about being thorough around the hvac system in the car. Pete applied the solution several times to make sure the surfaces were properly treated. The car smells way better now! Not only did the mouse smell get eliminated but the fragrant home cleaner that I used was also removed.

I feel much better knowing not only is the smell gone but that the interior of the car has been sanitized and that the barrier spray will help keep sanitizing the inside of the car! I've put some mesh to hopefully keep critters out in the future. But, if they get again, cause they can be relentless, I'll definitely be calling Pete again!
